Shipping, Return, Payment and Privacy Policies

Shipping Policy

Most items are shipped from our California facilities. Some items may be drop shipped from the manufacturer to minimize the costs you pay to get the items you want.

Domestic Shipping – We can ship to the continental US (48 States) Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.

APO/FPO – We ship items to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time is normally around 10 days.

PO Boxes – We can ship most items to PO boxes via USPS. Some restrictions may apply.

International Shipping – We do not currently ship products internationally, except to APO/FPO.

Shipping Restrictions - Some shipping restrictions related to size, weight, and content may apply to certain carriers. In general, explosive or compressed gas items can only be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. USPS Priority Mail does not accept flammable or liquid items, nor anything over 70 lbs. Shipments for these types of items, or shipments over 25lbs may require a custom quote.

Shipping Cost - To receive a shipping estimate, use the shopping cart. Just place your items into the cart and enter your destination. You will also have an opportunity to change your shipping option at this time. You will never pay more than the estimated shipping cost*, even if it costs us more!

Free Shipping - You can select the Free Ship option when your item total is $250 or more. Your shipping address must be within the 48 continguous states and your shipment weight must be under 5 lbs to be eligible.

Transit Times – Review the UPS ground or FedEx ground shipping map for estimated transit times from these delivery services. Typical transit time for USPS Priority Mail packages is 2-5 business days in the Contintental US. Ground and Priority Mail shipping times are not guaranteed.

Expedited and guaranteed shipping methods are currently limited to UPS 3 day and 2 day air. We can expedite your order using these methods if all items are in stock and your order is received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday.

Order Handling

When you place your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.

If you place an order for a special order, or back ordered item, you will receive an email with an estimated ship date once the manufacturer has provided us with a lead time for the product. These dates can sometimes vary.

Order Minimum - Unlike other sites, we will not charge extra fees for processing your order, but to maintain our pricing structure, the order minimum for our website is $20.00.

Backorders - When you place an item in your shopping cart, you can view the quantity we currently have on hand. If your item is not in stock, we will order it from the manufacturer and inform you of the approximate number of days or date we should receive your item so it can be shipped to you. Please account for a lead time when ordering out of stock items.

Special Order or Build to Order Items - Some items are special order or build to order. Generally, the availability on these is noted as "Special Order". If you order an item that requires special handling or is built to order, we will inform you of the lead time. These items may require a deposit on order, or full payment prior to shipping.

Return Policy

We try to bring you great values, service and high-quality products, but if a product is defective, or not what you ordered, we will replace the product or you can return it and you will receive a full refund. Full refunds are only available on unopened and unused products in original packaging, generally within 30 days of receipt. Restock charges may apply.

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Materials Authorization reference. Items returned without authorization may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Some special order items cannot be returned.

Credits for returned items will be issued after we receive and process your return. Please allow 10 days from the date of your return for a credit to be issued.

Warranties

Many items on our website have manufacturer’s warranties. These items generally must be returned to the manufacturer to service the warranty. These warranties normally contain conditions for warranty return. Contact us if you think you have an item from us to return or service under warranty.

Pricing and Product Descriptions

We do our best to bring you a variety of products at great prices, but occassionally we do make typograpical mistakes on product information and/or pricing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if information or pricing on an item is incorrect. If there is a problem, we shall correct it immediately, and inform you of the issue.

We currently accept payment types via 128-bit encrypted secured socket layer of the following:

* Shipping costs can increase with shipments greater than 25 lbs, for hazardous items, items considered oversize by the shipping carrier, or variations on these rules implemented by carriers for certain destinations.
